Promosi MBSB NJOI

Skim NJOI merupakan skim pinjaman peribadi terbaru daripada Malaysia Building Society Berhad. Ia dilancarkan pada 23/07/2012 dan tarikh tamat pada 31/12/2012.
MBSB NJOI telah reka bentuk untuk menyambut hari raya Ramadan dan ia menggantikan Xchange-i (skim pinjaman daripada MBSB yang sangat popular Januari 2012 sehingga Julai 2012.

1.	FINANCING AMOUNT	Min. RM 50,000 Max. RM200,000 (Non Biro) / RM250,000 (Biro / AG)
2.	FINANCING TENURE	5 yrs. Min   -  20 yrs Max
3.	PROFIT RATES	With Takaful Banca product : 4.30 % fixed rate (Effective Rate 8.58%);
4.	ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA	§  At least 19 yrs old and not exceeding 60 years upon expiry of facility or opted retirement age whichever comes first; and §  Malaysian Citizen; Permanent and confirmed employee; and §  Minimum salary RM 700.00 inclusive of fixed allowance; and §  Total deduction inclusive of MBSB’s instalment not to exceed 60% from the gross salary; and §   Open to Government (AG-Green Payslip and Non-AG) and Non-Government employees (Biro / AG / Non Biro).
5.	GUARANTOR REQUIREMENT	Waived
6.	REPAYMENT METHOD	AG / Biro Angkasa Salary Deduction / Employer Salary deduction
7.	SECURITY DEPOSIT	1 month Instalment
8.	PROCESSING FEE	3.0% from financing amount
9.	STAMP DUTY	RM10.00
10.	REDEMPTION	§   Lock in period : 5 years; and §   Early settlement penalty : 5.0 % from Outstanding Balance; and §   Redemption statement : RM100.00 per issuance; and §   Validity of redemption statement: 1 month
11.	TAKAFUL  COVERAGE (GCTT)	Compulsory on full financing amount and tenure
12.	CREDIT CHECKING	No adverse report on credit checking
13.	PRODUCT BUNDLING	§   Any Takaful Banca product; and §   Minimum of 1-year contribution will be deducted from the pay-out amount; and §   Renewal payment to follow per current practice.
14.	OTHERS	§   A member of TemanKu MBSB PFI Club; and/or §   Account holder for Al-Wadiah TK Saving Account; and/or ARB Will Writing package.
15.	COST FOR NJOI DECORDER	§   RM250 will be deducted from the PFI financing amount.
16.	PACKAGE VALIDITY	§   The above package is applicable from 19 July 2012 until 31 December 2012 and may be extended further according to market response.
